Coyote Central is a day camp center that provides a hands-on experience for students in classes ranging from metal-working, photo-editing, and close-up magic. Founded in 1992 and opening this campus in 2011, Coyote Central focuses on encouraging it's campers to exploit their curiosity to learn and create. 1,300 students enroll each year in week-long courses and Coyote Central holds fundraisers each year to provide scholarships to nearly 40% of the students. No kid is ever turned away.

The 2011 retrofit of the former space provided 6000 square feet with two computer labs, a metal shop, a wood shop, a full commercial kitchen, and a dance studio. The exposed beams and brick facade remind the students of the history of working Seattle as they create memories and masterpieces of their own.
